The team
By joining the McCann Copenhagen team, you will become part of a diverse workplace of 43 colleagues from 12 nationalities.

Together with the team, you will strive to build real, collaborative relationships with our clients resulting in great creative work and with an intention to exceed client expectations.

The clients
No two days are the same we have a broad range of clients in our team, which means you will get to work across a variety of brands and industries.
And the projects range from strategic development to multinational integrated creative campaigns to direct response digital always-on activity, to Nordic-wide adaptation campaigns, to social media led productions and everything in-between.

The role
We are looking to complete our team with an Account Manager with 2-4 years agency experience. As Account Manager you will have direct responsibility for the daily management of a range of local and international clients.
This role will suit a passionate, dedicated candidate who loves driving projects from briefing, through creative development, to execution, production and delivery.
You will relish the ability to work independently, taking ownership for the day to day management of projects with support and guidance from your Account Director and building relationships with clients and stakeholders from across the Nordics.

  • Solid stakeholder management, balancing the interests of clients, creative, production, media

  • Develop trust and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers
  • Work with a sense of urgency
  • Impeccable organizational skills
  • Passion and appreciation for creative work
  • Efficient and effective project management
  • Solid understanding of integrated advertising and the value of the different channels
  • Ability to work collaboratively with media agencies and deliver to media plans
  • Fluent in both Danish and English (spoken and written)
