Nordisk Film Distribution søger Nordic Digital Marketing Manager (Genopslag)

Nordisk Film Distribution (NFD) invests, develops and exploits film rights and launches about 40-60 films a year across the Nordic countries. And youll get to work with exciting local and international movie titles such as: Dræberne fra Nibe, Dan Dream, La La Land, Alle for Tre, John Wick, Power Rangers and many, many more

And as Nordic Digital Marketing Manager, youll be part of a larger marketing team, but also part of a new and growing Nordic digital team that deals daily with fun, creative, ambitious and out-of-the-box projects all working towards capturing the next movie experience.

Digitally we aim to set the bar high - among others through engaging in experimentation, concept development, extensive knowledge sharing and inspiration. We work from a grounded belief that data is king, and all our projects take starting point in the use of data insights.


PRIMARY TASKS


Film/Title Specific Digital & SoMe Marketing:
Drive digital campaign best practice across all our campaigns while developing and project managing title specific digital campaign strategies and initiatives

  • You work together with a dedicated SoMe Manager, an overall marketing manager and an agency team, and you are responsible for deliverance and success of the overall digital strategy - paid, earned & influencer activities.
  • You project manage the execution of the overall digital campaign specifically with respect to the integration with the wider marketing campaign.
  • You lead the development of digital content and assets plus the implementation of local/Nordic initiatives, either directly or via strategic partners and/or agencies and SoMe managers.
  • You are responsible for delivery of evaluation and KPI follow-up

Home Entertainment strategy & best practice operations:
From a digital marketing perspective you help define and drive a best practice digital marketing strategy for our Home Entertainment business across the Nordics

  • Drive learning within digital for better understanding of the digital Home Entertainment user. That includes being responsible for the overall collection and exploitation of the data that we need in order to optimize our digital Home Entertainment campaigns.
  • Set up a digital KPI framework to support a best practice campaign setup
  • Communicate insights, recommendations and best practice to the Home Entertainment sales/marketing teams across the Nordics. Support specific campaigns locally on priority projects.

Nordisk Film Digital Marketing competencies:

  • Together with the rest of the digital team you help drive NFs overall digital competencies within social media, creative content and digital distribution E.g. by inspiring the organization, keeping ajour with new trends, set-up structures, tests & aspirational goals to produce innovative content, follow up on team KPIs and learning etc.
  • Nurture relationships with influencer networks/agencies and other relevant digital (content) partners

AND ABOUT YOU

Skills, personality and qualifications:

  • You have a Masters degree in a relevant subject
  • Expert on digital marketing with several years of experience - paid digital media as well as social media. Maybe you have experience from a media agency or similar
  • Experience in working with the data side of digital and content
  • Hands on experience as well as strategic/tactical understanding of digital content production
  • Experience in working on a Nordic level is a huge plus
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Experience with project management/project planning as well as stakeholder management
  • Inspirational and knowledgeable sparring partner - outgoing, team player and a good networker
  • A black belt multi tasker - capable of handling multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time

What else?
One Scandinavian language is a strict requirement and more than one is a plus. The position is in Copenhagen, and you should expect some travelling.
