NORRIQ søger Marketing Manager til international stilling

NORRIQ is looking for an experienced, ambitious and passionate software business
solution marketeer who can lead our international marketing program for Drink-IT.

Drink-IT is a leading beverage industry software solution. It covers the entire value chain of
a beverage company, and addresses all the unique challenges faced by beverage producers
and distributors. Drink-IT powers some of the best run beverage companies in the world
including Carlsberg, Heineken, Duvel, Mack, Haacht, De Brabandere, Westons and Pernod
Ricard.

The ideal candidate has a true passion for driving B2B customer acquisition and
engagement. You are entrepreneurial in style and hands-on in approach. You have solid
skills within most marketing disciplines especially extensive experience with digital
marketing. You are analytical and want to take action based on activity and campaign
performance where your primary goal is to create demand that measurably contributes to
pipeline and revenue goals.

Successful candidates must be experienced users of multiple marketing channels and
systems (such as direct marketing, web, online, social, email, telemarketing and online/in-
person events) to drive leads. You will ideally have experience from a technology company
targeting enterprise and mid-market organizations.

You will be a part of the Group Marketing and Communication team with reference to our
CMO.

Your responsibilities

 - Defining the marketing plan.
 - Organizing and executing a wide range of activities targeted at generating new
prospects and opportunities.
 - Develop and execute a quarterly updated 6-month rolling marketing activity plan.
 - Work in close partnership with the Group Marketing and Communication team, the
sales team, and the product development team.
 - Manage relationships with external creative and event agencies.
 - Research, choose, design and manage live events to be included as tactics in the
overall marketing mix.
 - Develop and implement pipeline acceleration programs jointly with sales.
 - Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of programs.
 - Evaluate, select and manage vendors that contribute to local demand creation
programs including event venues and services and agencies.
 - Prioritize and manage projects to timelines, budget and resources.
 - Manage allocated budget within the agreed parameters.

Your qualifications

 - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
 - Extensive experience with hands-on marketing with proven knowledge of marketing
plan development and tactical execution.
 - Excellent spoken and written English. German, Dutch and French skills are an
advantage.
 - Proven experience working with sales teams and supporting programs to drive
awareness and sales.
 - Ability to demonstrate track record of success in all key areas of responsibility.
 - Prior B2B marketing management experience.
 - Ability to align tactical plans with strategies.
 - A good understanding of business IT, and the value it can create.
 - Strong project management skills and high attention to detail.
 - Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced work environment and is
readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements.
 - Ability to consistently produce results on time and within budget.
 - Inbound marketing strategy/execution experience.
 - Focused on data and metrics.
 - Strong written communications skills, including presentations, blog posts,
newsletters and articles.
 - Ability to effectively network and leverage internal and external resources.
