TDC søger Digital Marketing & Acquisition Specialist

Description:

We are looking for a professional with experience in managing Digital channels like open web, self-service, web-shops, etc. We are trying to increase our focus in area of Digital channels with special emphasis on usability and customer experience within tdc.dk pages. As world is moving fast toward digitalization of services and communications, we also believe that we should offer a place to our Business customers where they can easily find all proper information and self-service themselves, while having great experience of what it means to be a customer and a partner of TDC Erhverv.

We are working in highly agile, co-located environment and each project takes members from various units / expertise working as one until solving the customer / business issue. Our mantra is high alignment with high level of autonomy to make most efficient teams as possible.

This way of work in TDC, we call Maximus. In Maximus, we emphasize the shortest possible distance between execution and decision. We are not much about middle management, because we think the people who know the best are the people closest to the product.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and develop Web Product Roadmap together with Web Manager
  • Lead and take part of Projects within area of improving customer experience in Digital area
  • Focus on continuous improvements in usability and design of open pages together with UX team
  • Support your squad and tribe members to achieve changes in Digital channels which will improve customer experience significantly
  • Improve lead generation and online sales by improving SEO together with Site editor
  • Optimize campaigns by multivariate and A/B testing
  • Follow website analytics to understand potential improvements for website usability and online sales
  • Continuously work with CRO (conversion rate optimization)
  • Take part in daily decision making about website development and continuous improvements
  • Work within this area having in mind total Omni-channel concept assuring that all of our channels have 360 view of a customer and are able to serve same information back to customer.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in similar jobs
  • University degree
  • Experience management of Digital channels with focus on lead generation, customer acquisition, etc.

Personal qualities:

  • You are not type of person who is satisfied with "second best" solutions in Digital area but thrives for excellent customer experience developing great Digital solutions
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands on experience with development and follow up of Digital channels
  • Stamina to see projects through to obtain best possible customer value
  • Understanding of the customer end-2-end online journeys
  • Motivated to significantly change AS-IS
  • Self-driven and able to make decisions
