Digital Graphic Designer for the TOP-TOY eCommerce Team

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with awesome digital skills and creativity to develop digital marketing and graphic design which results in lifted sales and strengthens our retail brands.
We, in the eCommerce team, are looking for a colleague to join a dedicated team of 17 members in Vallensbæk. You must be passionate about innovation in the digital world. The role requires conceptual and creative thinking as well as strong technical precision to design and produce compelling digital content.
We are professional and playful specialists surrounded by toys, and we inspire each other in an atmosphere which is informal, relaxed and with lots of humor.
Your primary responsibilities:
- Development and design of digital content for our eight eCommerce sites.
- Support the development process, when we are developing new functionalities.
- Team up with external partners whenever we need to accelerate things.
- Understand the differences of our customer segments, and design to cater to the needs of these segments.
- Partner with store managers and the Digital Product manager to understand and plan deliverables for landing pages.
- Support the marketing teams of BR and TOYSRUS designing content for campaigns.
- Participate in defining the looks of our online presence.
- Participate in development and implementation of more lean development processes for graphic design.
To succeed you have at least 3-5 years of solid experience in graphic design from either an agency or a retail company. You are educated as a graphic designer, and you are a super user of the Adobe Suite, but if you have moved on to other tools, we are keen on learning more as well. You are independent, self-propelled and have good collaborative skills. You bring creative thinking and know how to create great digital assets that convert our visitors into customers. You are a native digital person, and think platform responsiveness into everything you do.
Excellent communication skills will be necessary. A broad understanding of digital marketing is a must. You are highly energetic and possess a strong drive and deliver your materials in due time down to the details. You can work accurately under pressure. You are flexible, have a positive mindset accompanying a can do attitude, and a high acceptancy level for bad jokes. You are fluent in one of the Nordic languages, have a good understanding of the rest and have written/verbal proficiency in English.
