TOP-TOY søger Digital Media Buying Specialist

As part of this, we want to become more self-sufficient in marketing, which involves building an Omni channel content creation team and acquiring tools and team for planning and buying media in-house.

  • Upgrade our digital knowledge and data driven marketing activities
  • Nurture a performance driven marketing culture
  • Build solid brand equity for our banners

To join us on this journey, we are looking for a passionate digital media buying Specialist to be located at our head office in Vallensbæk.

Main responsibilities include driving consumer awareness, preference, purchase, loyalty and advocacy via systematic and cost efficient digital media efforts that support the overall marketing activity calendar for all our banners and across all our focus markets.

The primary responsibilities
You will be responsible for planning and buying digital media beyond SEM/SEO

  • Utilize experience and expertise to oversee the execution of digital media campaigns (beyond SEM/SEO) from beginning to end.
  • Participates in development and management of effective integrated media plans and buys digital media under the supervision of the Senior Media Planning Manager.
  • Maintains digital media plans including changes, budgeting, execution, reporting and optimization.
  • Executes all digital plans in DoubleClick (must be proficient in creating and assigning creative and Spotlight tag creation).
  • Ensures content creation team is apprised of changes to the placements by producing the Creative and specs overview. 
  • Stays apprised of industry standards, new media programs/opportunities and can advise on new ways to reach targets.
  • Develops and fosters strong relationships with media partners.
  • Evaluates digital media opportunities and presents digital media plans and/or POVs clearly in writing and orally.
  • Analyzes web metrics provides campaign effectiveness reports and recommends optimizations when appropriate to improve media performance.
  • Individual has the ability to ingest research and data, boil it down to relevant insights, plan the media and then clearly and succinctly communicate the plan to internal and external stakeholders.

Who are you?
We picture you having experience of 3 years or more in digital media planning and buying as well as a bachelor degree.

  • Excellent understanding of online media planning, implementation and optimizations
  • Proficient in using standard online media research and planning tools (e.g. DoubleClick, Google Analytics, Nielsen, NetRatings, ComScore and other media tools).
  • Understands how digital fits in the overall marketing media strategy
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to relate results to business objectives, providing a basis for measurement of the digital activities. 
  • Bachelors Degree required
  • 3+years digital media planning/buying experience
  • Strong mathematical abilities required.
  • Detail oriented and proficient at managing projects and able to multitask, organize, prioritize and structure workload
