TOP-TOY søger Senior Media Planner

The past couple of years we have been gearing up for growth; implementing new ERP and IT systems and getting the organization at our head office in Vallensbæk in shape for the future.

As part of this, we want to become more self-sufficient in marketing, which involves building an Omni channel content creation team and acquiring tools and team for planning and buying media in-house.

A few highlights from the journey we have started:

  • Upgrade our digital knowledge and data driven marketing activities
  • Nurture a performance driven marketing culture
  • Build solid brand equity for our banners
  • Make things happen

To join us on this journey, we are looking for a passionate Senior Media Planner to be located at our head office in Vallensbæk.

The Senior Media Planner will be strategically and operationally accountable for all media planning and buying, including earned media (consumer generated content) through Social Media and Community management across channels, banners and markets. You will be direct manager of the media team.

The primary responsibilities
Main responsibilities include driving consumer awareness, consideration, preference, purchase, loyalty and advocacy via systematic and cost efficient media efforts that support the overall marketing activity calendar for banners/markets.

  • Media strategy, planning and execution (bought and earned channels).
  • Media KPI definition and target setting per channel, per banner, per market and per campaign.
  • Manage and support internal stakeholders to execute strategy and reach KPI targets.
  • Media KPI tracking, reporting and continuous performance analysis.
  • Secure internal sell in to align stakeholders.
  • Manage Media staff.
  • Part of marketing management team.
  • Media sparring partner for BR and TRU Senior Marketing Managers.

Who are you?
We picture you having experience in the retail business and minimum 10 years of experience in media planning and buying. You are having a higher degree in media/marketing/communication

  • Higher degree in media/marketing/communication
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in media planning and buying                                                                                 
  • Experience working with retail
  • Strategic and analytical mind set and experience
  • Excellence in stakeholder & 3rd party management
  • Ability to prioritize, work independently, with good presentation and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English
