TOP-TOY søger Social Media & Community Management Specialist

As part of this, we want to become more self-sufficient in marketing, which involves building an Omni channel content creation team and acquiring tools and team for planning and buying media in-house.

To join us on this journey, we are looking for a passionate Social Media & Community Management Specialist to be located at our head office in Vallensbæk.

The Social Media & Community Management Specialist will be managing TOP-TOYs own social media profiles/platforms, as well as for activities and interactions with customers/communities through other online and social media channels to encourage CGC.

The primary responsibilities
You will be driving consumer awareness, preference, purchase, loyalty and advocacy via systematic and cost efficient social media and community management efforts that support the overall marketing activity calendar for banners/markets.

  • Defining a Social media and Community management strategy.
  • Engaging with customers through the use of social media.
  • Working close with Customer service to ensure best handling of all customer contacts that engage with us via social media or other digital communities.
  • Close corporation with eCommerce store managers about local activities.
  • Proactive engage with active toy relevant communities online to encourage Consumer Generated Content.
  • Keeping up to date with advances in social media technology and the latest social media platforms and select carefully where to play and why.
  • Maximizing followers engagement on selected strategic social media platforms.
  • Ensuring that our approaches to social media are relevant and appropriate for each medium.
  • Monitoring social media and online communities for customer comments both positive and negative and work close with customer service to ensure handling.
  • Building reporting frameworks to evaluate MROI on the various platforms.
  • Engaging with customers (and/or refer to customer service) to resolve customer service issues and/or create positive PR opportunities.
  • Continuous research into new relevant social media channels and their impact on the brands marketing.
  • Working with the marketing team to look at ways social media can work within wider campaigns. 
  • Analysing social media insights to guide future social media and other campaigns.
  • Developing a content calendar across platforms ensuring a constant supply of relevant content that supports the overall marketing activity calendar for banners/markets.
  • Reporting on social media mentions of the banners internally.

Who are you?
We picture you having experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar and a bachelor degree in marketing/communication or other relevant field.

  • Previous experience as Social Media Specialist or similar
  • Strong understanding of content management systems.
  • Bachelor degree in marketing, communication or other relevant field
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing, search engine optimization and how social media impacts this.
  • Articulate and professional communication skills.
  • Passionate and results driven individual.
