Accenture is searching for a Marketing Associate Manager

Marketing & Communications in Denmark is an integrated and informal team who shares the mission for Accenture to become our clients innovation partner and the employer of choice.

The client Marketing Lead is responsible for driving programs and projects towards clients, supporting brand position and consideration and driving business.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign management: Own and deliver all locally relevant integrated campaigns in line with local business priorities and in collaboration with global M&C groups.
  • Content creation: Create compelling and effective campaigns to elevate and differentiate Accentures positioning in the market place. This includes creating and curating fit for purpose content to engage our audiences.
  • Social media management: Drive our digital and social media experience strategy. And Act as a social media evangelist by providing encouragement, guidance and training for our people.
  • Data and analytics: Track, measure and report on performance of campaigns to course-correct and evaluate

Educational Qualification

  • Relevant degree from university or business school


    Skills And Work Experience

  • Skills: Project management, Campaign management, Event management and execution, Innovation mindset, Content customization
  • Strong and proven project management skills creating clarity and progress through the structure is essential.
  • Flair for creating compelling messaging and experience purposing content in various formats for various platforms
  • Experience in collaborating with creative agencies on developing concepts and creative assignments
  • Considerable expertise and skills within strategic marketing and communications with tangible digital and social capabilities.
  • Experience with marketing data management and CRM systems preferably Salesforce, and an interest and temperament to work with and process both smaller and larger sets of data.
  • A strong ability to team across our organization and local ecosystem and see things through from start to end.
  • A driven and curious mindset.
  • Language: Fluent in Danish and English (orally and written)
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of campaign management and/or cross-channel data-driven marketing execution whereby you have demonstrated an ability to create impactful results and move a brand forward. Preferably digital marketing agency and B2B background.
  • Language: You are 100% fluent in Danish and English both orally and in writing and you can shape compelling storylines
