Marketing & Communications in Denmark is an integrated and informal team who shares the mission for Accenture to become our clients innovation partner and the employer of choice. As a team we help drive business and talent growth and are responsible for all aspects of marketing and communications towards employees, clients, candidates and influencers. The team manages the brand, integrated market and client facing programs, employer branding, recruitment marketing, media relations and internal communications and all aspects of digital marketing and social media journeys and programs.

Please note that this is a 12 months maternity cover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute on the full spectrum of marketing and engagement campaigns and programs with a focus on executive events and engagement in support of our overall ambition to become our clients innovation partner.
  • Work with and provide guidance to local executive leads from our different practices and other internal stakeholders to plan and drive campaigns and events through to execution. Following that, assess, measure and evaluate impact and effectiveness
  • Work with client and campaign data in our CRM system, helping to ensure data veracity and trackability. 
  • Create and curate compelling content written, visual and media content - across our various channels and platforms to engage and create experiences for our audiences
  • Drive digital and social media tactics and campaigns including analytics 
  • Act as a social media evangelist providing encouragement, guidance and training for our leadership and consultants to position Accenture and increase our engagement on social 
  • Be a role model for how we use data to ensure direction and impact for our initiatives.

Basic qualifications:

  • Education: Relevant degree from a respected university or business school
  • Work Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience working with marketing project management and program responsibilities from a large international company or an innovative growth company. Preferably b-2-b, technology or professional services company. Alternatively, from a respected digital marketing agency.
  • Strong and proven project management skills creating clarity and progress through structure is essential. 
  • Considerable expertise and skills within strategic marketing and communications with tangible digital and social capabilities.
  • Experience with marketing data management and CRM systems preferably Salesforce, and an interest and temperament to work with and process both smaller and larger sets of data.
  • A like and flair for writing compelling messaging and experience purposing content for various platforms 
  • A strong ability to team across our organization and local ecosystem and see things through from start to end.
  • A driven and curious mindset.
  • Language: Fluent in Danish and English (orally and written)

Relationships:

  • Reports to the Nordic Marketing and Communications Director
  • External Relationships: Third party vendors, suppliers, agencies, start-up community, industry associations
