About the job:

We are looking for a passionate Client Account Director / Senior Account Manager (CAD) that loves media and advertising and has the ability to successfully manage multiple stakeholders in the planning of big brand campaigns. You will do so by applying Manos unique orchestration framework to inspire the creative idea and create an engaging conversation-led consumer experience around it.

As part of this it is the responsibility of the CAD to bring clients and creative, media, SoMe, PR and other agencies together during the campaign development by ensuring a common reference point and set of objectives. You will also lead the internal Mano processes together with our Insight & Strategy team to ensure we deliver our services and expertise at the right time, at the right price.

 
Specific CAD responsibilities include:

  • Manage Manos end-to-end campaign orchestration process by working with our Insight & Strategy team to unleash the full potential of insights and creative ideas.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for some of our clients. Manage all communication, foster relationships and ensure alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Onboard clients and other key stakeholders in Manos way of working and orchestration framework, so that they clearly understand our process, deliverables and requirements.
  • Develop clear briefings to inspire and guide our Insight & Strategy team, ensuring they understand the agreed deliverables and are motivated to deliver on them.
  • Lead the campaign development process, ensuring progress and alignment across clients and internal and external stakeholders for every individual project delivery
  • Develop and manage accurate and detailed project plans that ensure timely delivery of all internal and external deliverables
  • Lead the growth of the client relationships, ensuring quality work and identifying and pursuing more business opportunities.
  • Be responsible for budget and time management for your client relationships.

Profile expectations:

  • Experience with managing international client relationships and cross-border campaigns at a creative, media or SoMe agency.
  • Experience working with international brands, managing multiple stakeholders and agencies from creative or media agencies, to deliver successful brand campaigns.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management and communication skills. You know how to navigate in complex working environments and are able to work under pressure.
  • Experience working with go-to-market strategies and understanding of how creativity can unfold strategy.
  • A strong and confident voice. You are not afraid to speak up and are able to proactively drive things forward.
  • A keen curiosity in the developments within the creative and media industry and the wider current affairs/pop-culture landscape.
  • Flexibility to travel with work and take out of office hours calls with the US and Asia.
  • Flawless communication skills (fluent English, verbal and written).
  • The right to work in Denmark.
