Content And SoMe Manager to EPOS

As our new Content & SoMe Manager you will be part of the Global Marketing team for Business solutions. An international team fully dedicated to creating, distributing and analyzing the impact of unique and engaging content. Together with our B2B sales teams in Copenhagen and our worldwide subsidiaries, we cover all online & offline marketing and communications activities that ensure a premium positioning and a strong brand and product performance. The position refers to the Global Digital Campaign Manager.

Your role

Your responsibilities will include the successful day-to-day implementation and development of user-centric content globally for the EPOS brand and reaching correspondent KPIs for all content channels. You will develop and implement our comprehensive content marketing and social media strategy to increase brand awareness, customer loyalty and other company goals and objectives. Youll cooperate on a daily basis with several stakeholders including graphic designers, regional marketing teams, the PR team and external content providers, always bearing in mind that your common goal is to inspire, inform and create great content experiences for our users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the publication of high-quality content that is in line with our content strategy and our short-term and long-term marketing goals
  • Create unique content for our products, initiatives, campaigns and different channels
  • Manage external content providers to support marketing campaigns andinitiatives
  • Optimize existing content for better search ranking and overall performance and adapt content for different channels
  • Plan and realize best practice guides, blogs, infographics, videos, newsletters etc. to engage our target audience
  • Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms
  • Continuously investigate and evolve social listening and engagement methods to optimize efforts of social strategy
  • Manage community and engage with online audiences in both a proactive and a reactive manner
  • Track performance and progress using qualitative and quantitative metrics to measure the success of your initiatives
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, video producers and webmasters to create engaging content and bring content assets to completion and full distribution
  • Establish workflow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, re-purposing and retiring content

Your profile

You are one of those amazing people who know a bit about everything and, in particular, you are up-to-date with new gadgets, audio features, developments in the tech industry, as well as general tendencies in work and lifestyle. You have a curious, creative yet analytical mind: You explore trends on blogs, Instagram profiles, podcasts and other media, and can translate them into effective Content marketing and SoMe initiatives. Your profile is preferably completed by:

  • Creative, yet critical when it comes to developing and implementing new ideas
  • High attention to detail and strong grasp of quality
  • Self-driven, with the ability to manage different projects at the same time
  • Organized, with good time-management skills and can-do attitude
  • Eager to learn and able to adapt to changes in processes and new requirements quickly
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
  • 5+ years of content management and writing experience
  • 3+ years of experience with SoMe, SEO and internet content writing
  • Exceptional storyteller, writer, and editorialist
  • Excellent understanding of content marketing, demand generation, and the customer life cycle
  • Ability to deliver and convey measurable results using data
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent working experience
  • English mother tongue
