Cross-Border Communications is looking for an Account Manager

Help Denmark's biggest brands communicate more effectively.

Due to our growing activity, we're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our award-winning B2B branding and marketing agency, Cross-Border Communications, in central Copenhagen.

CBC is a boutique agency with a focus on creating effective branding and marketing solutions for business-to-business clients. Small but mighty, we have over 35 years of experience working with Denmark's biggest brands on strategic, tactical and creative communications work that drives results.

This role centres on building long-term relationships with our customers, and includes account management, strategic planning, project management and marketing. You'll be a strategic sparring partner and link between the clients and our creative teams. The ability to drive concepts that stand up to scrutiny and to deliver tangible results is a must.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the client dialogue from initiating, scoping and development to execution
  • Identifying branding and marketing opportunities for clients on a continuous basis, providing advice and sign-off
  • Guiding and contributing to the development of creative concepts, campaigns and deliverables together with the creative teams
  • Identifying and managing client objectives, expectations, budgets, deliverables and timelines

 Desirable characteristics and qualifications:

  • 5+ years track-record as a successful Account Manager within international advertising, communication or marketing, or similar client-side experience
  • Experience in strategic and tactical sparring to solve complex tasks.
  • Experience in scoping projects, juggling budgets and project planning, keeping everything on track and delivering on time
  • Extrovert who thrives as the hub of coordination and communication
  • Fluency in English and Danish (spoken and written)
