To support the overall business objective of becoming no. 1 in customer experience, a new Digital Sales strategy has been launched, and a number of transformative and strategic projects defined. Because of this, we are now looking for a highly competent and dedicated candidate within CRM technology, to drive the Digital Sales frontline needs and secure a strong central CRM technology maintenance and development.

You will be part of Commercial Excellence within Danske Bank's Group Development. Group Development has the important role in ensuring that we act as one bank, for the customer. Translating business needs into IT requirements

Your most important task in this role will be to take the lead and be the go-to person in all matters regarding the CRM systems for our SAS Campaign System and Celebrus tool. You are going to be super user and are expected to pass on your knowledge to relevant stakeholders. Furthermore, you will be the bridge between business and IT, when it comes to translating business needs into implementable IT requirements.

In the role you will:

  • Lead the technical development of the platforms as liaison between business and IT
  • Drive best practice of the ways of working in our CRM platforms
  • Provide support and training in the systems for our users

You will be working across the Nordics and across our business units (Banking DK, Banking Nordic, Wealth Management, Corporates & Institutions). Because of this, you should expect approx. 15 travel days pr. Year.

You will work closely with IT departments, local Digital Sales and local Commercial Excellence units and play a central role in transforming our digital sales into best in class in the Nordics.

Solid experience with CRM technology
You have 2-5 years of experience with a CRM technology lead role. As part of your work experience, you have been working with many stakeholders, reported to management and has been a driver of change. Work experience with CRM technology development within SAS platforms and Celebrus is an advantage.

You have a degree in a relevant field possibly from CBS, ITU or DTU.

Driven personality with great people skills
We are looking for you, who are strong at relationship building and stakeholder management. Because of the complexity of our tasks, we put an effort in meeting our stakeholders face to face and for this reason, we imagine a new colleague with good people skills. You are a great collaborator and likes to achieve goals as part of a team. While you are driven to influence decision-making, you build your arguments on the use of facts.

Besides this, you are curious by nature and embraces change. This becomes useful, when you experience many new possibilities both technologically but also in our business in general.
