DFDS is searching for a Campaign Manager, Conference & Business Groups

To further strengthen and develop our B2B Business Groups & Conference business in the Nordics we are looking for a Campaign Manager.

In DFDS you will work for an international company with a strong brand, be a part of the Nordic campaign team in our global marketing organisation that consist of experienced, ambitious, proactive people and specialized digital teams.

We can offer you a challenging position where you will be involved in marketing strategy, planning, execution and evaluation with clear KPIs and goals to chase. The campaign manager has an important role ensuring excellent collaboration between Marketing and Sales.

Main responsibilities

As our Campaign Manager, you are responsible for driving campaigns and activities that generate leads to our sales department within the conference and B2B business for the Copenhagen-Oslo route. You can be sure to be exposed to a wide array of colleagues and tasks within our commercial organization.

You are expected to take a leading role within B2B marketing and discover new potential business opportunities in the markets. An addition to this, you contribute to the Danish and Norwegian strategy for Business Groups and create a Marketing plan to turn it into success in close collaboration with our Business Sales team and Marketing team.

Additional KPIs

  • Create and execute marketing plan and optimize return on marketing investments.
  • Increase SEO traffic, maximise database activity and generate lead traffic via SEM activities.
  • Monitor and interpret business and marketing performance across markets
  • Facilitate Business Events together with the Head of Business Sales.
  • Work with Yield and Product teams to develop engaging product range and strong effective offer and added value strategies for digital distribution.
  • The position will be based in Oslo or Copenhagen and some travel will be required

Preferred candidate profile

We believe you have experience working with different marketing distribution channels, have a digital mindset. You have a proven track record in lead generation, know how to drive traffic from online as well as offline channels that converts into leads, meetings or sales.

You are a skilled B2B marketing professional with management experience across the marketing mix paired with knowledge and deep understanding of travel industry. Maybe you even also have a commercial education within Marketing or Sales. Experience within conference or travel trade is preferred but not a must.

To fit into DFDS Marketing you must have an entrepreneurial mentality with a pragmatic and open mind for new ways of working and be prepared to be flexible for occasional hands on tasks as backup to the team.

Danish or Norwegian language fluency is a must.
