Global Campaign Manager, Enterprise Solutions

Business-driven campaign manager

You like to create insights-driven marketing, support our worldwide teams and lead processes and the project from strategy to execution - all the while you set a direction within the global Sennheiser brand. If you are our new colleague to be, you can expect all of this together with a broad spectrum of stakeholders from across the company, and close collaboration with senior management.

You will be leading various marketing projects, campaigns and product launches. You will be responsible for the strategic channel planning of global marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring that each campaign defines audience, messaging and media channels, so that relevant, engaging content can be created and support our markets in their setup. Additionally, you will be team lead for two people; our strategic alliance marketing manager and our global event manager.

More precisely, you can picture yourself doing the following:

  • Handle global Marketing Communications campaigns, including the strategic and operational implementation. You ensure that projects are in line with global Marketing strategies, tactics and programs that create interest, demand and recognition for the brand.
  • Drive the development of global marketing campaigns, ensure that material and implementation of plans are handed over to Sennheiser subsidiaries and country partners for successful implementation.
  • Lead your team and projects ensuring stakeholder inclusion and the highest possible outcome in terms of market needs, creative solution and brand positioning.
  • Advocate and adhere to our corporate premium brand guidelines, while seeing opportunities in the market for brand activation that can make your campaign stand out.
  • Keep budget, time plans and scope aligned to strategies for go-to-market plans, while ensuring best possible market implementation.
  • Master the ability to conceptualizes and articulates how individual touch points/messaging opportunities ladder up to a holistic journey, culminating in content consumption and brand loyalty.
  • You are an experienced and skilled planner. You create through-the-line plans that connect with cross-departmental and partner needs; supports a complex organization with strategies and tactics that can boost revenue and increase brand awareness.
  • You are a digital strategist at heart and translates strategies and creative concepts into web, social and channel marketing experiences and communications programs.
  • You are Revenue-Driven, not just a tactical resource, you have a true desire to move the needle.

Required qualifications:

  • A relevant degree plus approx. 5 years of experience from a marketing department or advertising agency
  • Strong project management skills with an eye on budget and time plans, and the ability to keep a cool head while driving several projects at a time
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to lead a team of specialists, external suppliers and agencies
  • Good understanding of brand strategies, insights of digital marketing, KPIs, media and campaign planning and global campaign development
  • Take individual ownership of scoping and delivering tasks end-to-end as project lead from strategy to execution
  • Strong communication skills verbally/ in writing in English is a must
  • Open-minded, curious, and embrace new approaches to marketing
