Global Digital Marketing Manager

Sennheiser Communication, Gaming, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our global marketing team.

What we are looking for:
We are looking for a digital native, who possess a grounded can-do attitude. It is important that you have experience with thinking strategically in terms of how to optimize content, SoMe, paid media and digital channel positioning across multiple markets.

As part of the Global Marketing Team you will be a critical stakeholder in positioning our brand within the gaming segment and owning the segment in the digital space.

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will build our digital marketing strategy together with the Head of Global Marketing and you will be team-lead for a team consisting of a Campaign & Content Manager, a SoMe Coordinator and a Student Assistant. You will be task with leading the digital team to excellence and ensuring synergies and continuous optimization of our marketing investments. An analytical mindset and a databased approach to your area of expertise will be key.

You will amplify the digital strategy and implement ownership of strategic and tactical KPIs within the team. You will bring structure and direction to the team and ensure flawless execution in line with our brand platform. You will be responsible for developing and improving our online presence to efficiently reach and engage customers across all digital touchpoints. Ensuring that planning, prioritization, and integration of the digital agenda is kept in line with overall business and marketing objectives.

Tasks will include:

  • Lead the digital team to excellence
  • Own the consumer data together with the E-commerce Manager
  • Lead the digital marketing track towards further personalization and automation
  • Strategic channel responsibility for developing key touchpoints in the customer journey
  • Develop and deploy a SoMe and community engagement strategy
  • Drive traffic to our website and e-commerce platform
  • A/B testing of content in order to optimize user experience and customer journey
  • Work closely with Group and regional teams including: Web Development, Marketing Communications, Trade Marketing and E-commerce
  • Guide and cooperate with both external and internal creative and technical partners, as well as agencies
What you bring:
  • A native digital profile
  • Masters degree from Business School or University
  • 6+ years of experience working with digital marketing on various international levels
  • Strategic thinking in digital channel positioning and content creation
  • Experience with website optimization
  • Strong Social Media experience and skillset
  • Result oriented and data driven, excellent data analysis skills, super user in Google Analytics, and used to working with business KPIs
  • Experience with salesforce marketing cloud is an advantage
  • Experience from working with a B2C brand in the consumer goods and/or entertainment category is a plus
  • Experience from working in a matrix organization with many stakeholders and interests
  • Solid stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication skills and fluent in English
