Our team for Brand and Creative Research (specialized in Millward Brown solutions) is looking for a Client Director and a Digital Client Manager. We offer you the opportunity to provide strong research-based consultancy to some of the greatest Nordic and global advertisers and to develop new client relationships.

Who are you?
You have a solid background in branding and media as well as excellent English skills (spoken and written). Furthermore, you have a strong team spirit personality.

Client Director specific:
You have experience with managing international key client accounts in the research industry and you have a proven ability to grow existing business and build new business with a positive and professional attitude. Your responsibilities will primarily be to:

  • Build trusted advisor status with existing clients, including co-preparation of strong presentations and management recommendations.
  • Develop new client relationships on your own and together with other Kantar specialist teams. You should expect to spend 40% of your time on various new bizz activities.

Digital Client Manager specific:
You have solid experience with branding and advertising in digital media and are used to working with digital communication and web analytics at a digital creative/media agency. Your responsibilities will primarily be to:

  • Take active part in your team and continuously develop the commercialization and use of non-survey data across our client portfolio.
  • Build trusted advisor status with existing and new clients including preparation of strong presentations and management recommendations to support our senior client service team.
