LOOKING FOR A DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER

Muuto is an international design company that works with leading contemporary designers to deliver new perspectives on Scandinavian design across furniture, lighting and accessories. We are headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark with employees in 15 countries across the globe.

We are experiencing rapid growth and are therefore looking for a Digital Project Manager for our marketing team.

Key tasks involve

You will have a hybrid role between an Online Customer Relations Manager, a Digital Project Manager and a Performance Analyst, with aim to strengthen our position as a strong partner for our online customers, optimize digital activities across our channels and contribute to digital development projects.

  • You are expected to increase brand visibility and sales of Muutos products online, by developing a close relationship with our largest global online retailers. This includes improving a digital toolbox, maintaining a close personal dialogue, developing relevant activities and content, following up on and evaluating the activities and prioritizing a relevant online assortment
  • You will be responsible for developing the sales teams digital skills and their understanding of key digital conversion tools
  • You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing performance on all own channels and ensuring the optimization of efforts across the marketing team accordingly
  • You will play a key role in ongoing development projects.

Your profile & experience

  • We expect you have a relevant and well documented professional background e.g. with eCommerce, strategic content, digital project management and digital marketing, and/or hold a university degree preferably from ITU or CBS
  • It is a must that you are system savvy. We expect that you have hands-on experience with systems in past jobs, e.g. CMS, CRM, e-mail marketing systems, ERP, PIM and is a skilled user of analyzing tools
  • You have a strong commercial understanding and can easily prioritize your work efforts according to business objectives
  • You know how digital channels interact and work, and you have a solid understanding of successful digital conversion drivers. It is a definite advantage if you have strategic as well as operational experience with the above requirements
  • You have project management experience with a strong track record of meeting deadlines, deliverables and budgets
  • You are used to defining KPIs and tracking your own results accordingly and translating these insights into an improvement plan and looping in relevant stakeholders
  • You can communicate in English at both a technical and business level
  • As a person you are outgoing, proactive, an ambitious team player, strong in following through on your key tasks, and devoted to getting the best results possible.
