Seeland are searching for a Creative Content & Community Manager

With over 40 years in the industry, Seeland is one of the leading brands for hunting and related products in Europe. As Content & Community Manager, you will be responsible for the content of our digital channels, to ensure high quality, value and continuous development, and adjustment to the individual platforms premises and algorithms. As content creator you will also be proactive and creative in terms of photos, film, etc.

The job as Content & Community Manager

Together with the team, you will help to drive the Seeland brand and build awareness as part of a Marketing Department with eight skilled and passionate colleagues. This is a newly-established position that will give you ample opportunity to have an impact, based on your expertise and experience. You will do this by creating value-adding content and monitoring the digital channels that via positive and constructive dialogue ensure Seeland's contact with end-users.

Your overall responsibility will lie in the following areas

  • Create relevant and engaging commercial content, and the continuous development of platforms through digital channels, based on the strategy and communication plan
  • Ensure performance and improvement in KPIs
  • Development and production of video, images and other content
  • Monitoring of digital channels and the direct communication with end-users
  • Optimise content on all digital channels
  • Develop creative campaigns in close cooperation with your creative and strategic colleagues
  • Exchange ideas and cooperate with your colleagues in the Marketing and Design Departments, in particular, but also across departments throughout the organization
  • Grow the Seeland brand

Personality

As a creative person, you always think of the purpose before idea and execution, and also have a broad understanding of the nature of a brand-activating content idea. We also expect that you have experience from the development of film and images, and generally have great knowledge of and a genuine interest in following the latest marketing trends.

As a person, you are a good colleague with plenty of positive energy, and you take active responsibility for our extensive interdisciplinary community. You are ambitious, and set the bar high for the creative level both when you are working independently, and as part of a team. You also love digital platforms and staying updated both nationally and internationally.

We are looking for an empathetic, humorous and dedicated team player with a burning wish to work within marketing and communication, and, most importantly who is keen to help to increase awareness of the brand.

You have

  • Minimum three to five years marketing experience, with focus on paid and organic content, campaigns, SoMe, YouTube, and preferably e-mail marketing
  • Excellent creative writing skills in English and Danish
  • Good project management skills
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to cooperate across teams and at different levels
  • Strong commercial understanding and ability to work with KPIs
  • A relevant background or a broad portfolio within e.g. marketing and communication

We would also like you to be proactive, with sound experience from working with brands, preferably from outdoor, fashion and lifestyle.
