Yousee is searching for an Commercial Marketing Manager, 1-1 marketing

Do you thrive on extraordinary commercial successful campaigns? Then you may very well be our new colleague in Base Management. Base Management facilitate the planning of Yousees commercial 1-1 campaign activities, both programmatic and especially one off campaigns. This includes identifying unfolded commercial potential driven by seasonality and or special pains/unattended needs; but also planning, developing and execution campaigns supporting the commercial targets.

As Base Manager in Customer Base Management you will have a key role in Yousees future success connecting 1-1 campaigns and the rest of the marketing organization - as the spider in the web. You will be part of a fast-paced organization driven by results, influence and recognition. As a team Base Management Marketing is highly dynamic and open-minded and we use an informal and always constructive tone of voice in our daily interaction.

Commercially strong profile
As Base Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing fact-based marketing campaigns especially targeting the TV market potential, that increase customer engagement, enhance customer longevity and maximize the households Yousee product-holding. Through creative and analytical insights you will deliver the campaigns and commercial activities which enable us to meet our shared goals both in terms of retaining and growing existing as well as attracting new customers. Key stakeholders are both top management, that should be supported by insightful, to the point and commercial based thinking. Key stakeholders are also the P&L responsible commercial business units, your colleagues in marketing but in particular the campaign project managers that you execute the campaigns with in very close cooperation; with you as the analytical and commercial based resource bridging marketing and commercial opportunities.

In your role, you will work closely with senior managers and directors across Yousee from e.g. Products, Sales and Channels to understand the customer segments, the success drivers within these and the most effective channels to communicate and drive the go-to-market strategy.

In order to succeed you need to be both analytical and action-focused while able to maintain the strategic calm that is required drive long-term improvements to the tactical and strategic goals together with the rest of Marketing.

A convincing communicator with a solid commercial background
Your understanding of the marketing-mechanisms that drive customer engagement is key to your ability to succeed. You may have a marketeering background or be an experienced product line manager with a desire to engage further with the base management discipline. Most likely you hold a higher degree (Cand.merc, HD, MBA or other commercial degree) and your track-record is an exhibit of your ability to work with high-level strategic goals as well as detailed tactical campaigns and you are diligently switching between the two mindsets.

As a colleague you are passionate about your job and a true team-player which is particularly outspoken in the way you convey your messages. Being able to merge invaluable input from your colleagues into your campaigns and translate product-features and technical insights into customer value is paramount to your ability to meet our commercial targets. But also the ability to challenge if customer needs are not met or a sound business case is not possible is an imperative in this role.

Ideally you will have experience in telecommunications but we would also like to hear from candidates with a proven ability to drive larger marketing campaigns or who has managed large customer bases in the services or FMCG industry.
